Turn Your Leadership Skills Into a Coaching Career Soldiers To Sidelines is a nonprofit organization that helps members of the military community become trained, certified sports coaches and leaders. Their programs are available to military spouses, veterans, active-duty service members, and Gold Star family members. Soldiers To Sidelines provides FREE virtual coaching certification seminars, giving participants practical coaching skills, leadership development, mentorship, and access to a nationwide coaching community.
