About MSOP

Built by a military spouse, for military spouses.

One organized home for the resources spouses reach for - careers, education, and community.

Our Mission

Make career and education opportunities easier to find.

Military life scatters careers. MSOP brings the trusted resources - jobs, scholarships, certifications, mentorship, and community - into one organized place, so spouses don't have to rebuild from scratch after every move.

Founder

Katelyn Marquis

Military spouse · Army veteran · Mom

Katelyn founded MSOP after seeing how difficult it can be for military spouses to find clear, organized, and relevant employment and education resources.

She built MSOP to help spouses access opportunities, build confidence, and grow professionally - no matter where military life takes them.
