Kelsey began her career as an Active Duty Logistics Officer, where she led large-scale operations and teams of 300+ people. She later transitioned into startup product management before founding This Little Consulting Firm.
Her military and startup experience shaped her approach to consulting: systems should fit the people using them, not force people to change how they work to fit a generic system.
She now works with small business owners, solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and organizational leaders who need stronger systems, clearer processes, and additional operational capacity as they grow.
